Leadership and communication

Communication is the human activity that we know best and have most experience of; actually, we ought to be experts on communication! Yet we sometimes end up in deadlock situations, realizing that what we are trying to say isn’t getting through. It often happens in situations when emotions are involved, when there is a conflict going on or when we seem to have so different backgrounds that we can’t quite understand one another.
